Jun 5 Best of Spring

This year, we have had very uncharacteristically sunny and warm Winter and Spring seasons. It is no secret that I have loved styling outfits for Spring. Clearly, Fall is the most popular season for fashion, but I personally prefer Spring to Fall any day. Growing up around Los Angeles, I never experenced a true Fall so I dressed for mild weather all year ‘round. Although I am as completely smitten with Fall as anyone, I just never quite feel like myself when I am wearing boots and jackets, don’t get me wrong, its fun, I just do not feel as much like myself.

I love styling outfits in my mind and finding new things to piece together, I have especially loved color, pattern and texture lately.

Another reason I love Spring/Summertime is that I get to dress like I do in California, there is just nothing like the ease of light layers, cool colors and breezy pieces. Style is such a personal way to express your tastes and interests, I like clothes for that reason. In the right outfit, I feel ready for anything.
