Orange, Carrot, Apple + Turmeric Juice
The best, most flavorful juice in my opinion and packed with Vitamin C. I am not big into juicing to be honest but this is a nice drink to incororate into your morning routine or afternoon snack. I always use my Vitamix, blend and strain but you could use a juicer if you have one and I am sure that would be much easier…
One apple, peeled, cored and chopped
One handful of baby carrots or two regular carrots, peeled and chopped
One orange, skins peeeled off and broked into pieces or roughly chopped
About a teaspoon of turmeric, or more if you like
Water as needed if using a blender
Apples, oranges and carrots are all great natural foods to get adequate vitamin C which promotes a healthy immune system. Carrots have Vitamin K which is great for skin protection and for your eyes. Apples are amazing for the health of your gall bladder. Turmeric is amazing for natural energy and a mood lift and has been linked to balanced thyroid which is essental for maintaining a healthy weight. Food as medicine baby!
